Moesha

The Moesha TV show was the first situation comedy series to center on the life of a teen-aged African-American girl. Otherwise, it was the typical entertaining show about teenagers - the trouble they get into - and their relationships with friends and family members. The show was presented with an on-going storyline which may have made it a little difficult for some viewers to "jump in" after missing previous episodes. In fact, the show was cancelled with a kidnapping plot line and a pregnancy plot line left unresolved!
