Hawk

Hawk is the first Cop TV series that Starred Burt Reynolds . Burt is Lt. John Hawk. Hawk is one of the original outsider cop school of shows that were in abundance in 1960's and early 1970s. Reynolds is John Hawk, a full bloodied Iroquois Indian who is a member of the elite troop of undercover detectives with New York City police force. Hawk works mostly by night and the tone of Hawk is dark and somewhat sinister. The series was filmed on location in and around the Gotham area, adding a welcome touch of realism.
