Bionic Woman

The Bionic Woman TV show was a sci-fi series. Jaime Sommers, tennis pro and recently reunited childhood sweetheart of Steve Austin (The Six Million Dollar Man), has a life threatening accident. Steve begs Oscar Goldman (his boss) to give her the bionics she needs in order to live. She gets them but must agree to work for the government too in order to justify the cost. Also, Jaime has amnesia and can't even remember Steve! She gets violent memory flashbacks usually when she sees him which make her body want to reject her bionics. She decides that she needs to get away from past memories and moves in with Steve's mother and stepfather in California. Being an honest woman, she decides that her bionics would make it unfair for her to continue playing professional tennis so she gives that up and becomes a teacher, and of course, a government agent!
