The Ann Sothern Show was a 30 minute comedy series about the assistant manager (Katy O'Connor) of a chic New York City hotel. Most of the storylines centered around the lives of Katy, her fellow hotel co-workers, and hotel guests. Katy had a potential romantic interest with James Devery that almost, but never quite, happened until the end of the series.

This is a hilarious series. The last episode of the collection is entitled "The Lucy Story" and guest stars Lucille Ball. AT the end of the episode, along with the original commercials, CBS states "stay tuned for Hennesey". It then goes in to the BONUS episode which is Hennesey starring Jackie Cooper and has its original Kent cigarette commercials. Hennesey was a comedy about a Navy doctor and also starred Abby Dalton.

"PRIVATE SECRETARY"
Meddling secretary Susie MacNamara (Ann Sothern) stirs up trouble for her talent-agent boss and Park Avenue office mates in this classic 1950s comedy show. Kooky Susie gets the job done and then some; when the filing's all finished, the overeager secretary tries to help boss Peter Sands (Don Porter) with his personal problems, much to his dismay.
